You can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not been dispatched and is not a sale item.
Please note that it is impossible to prevent a small percentage of orders from being dispatched from our warehouse, even if they have not physically left the premises.
In these rare cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
As a general rule, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Cocoon Home Support can advise you of the status of your order and whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item has been dispatched, the terms of our returns policy will take effect.
